These terms apply to all Rehaish Group guest houses: Rehaish Inn, Bed & Rest, Pearl Cottage and Hotel Crown Plaza. Each guest house takes its own bookings. Please confirm rates and availability by phone or WhatsApp before you travel.
Check-in, check-out and identity
- Check-in and check-out are at 12:00 noon.
- At check-in, guests must show their original identity card (CNIC) or passport.
- The management reserves the right of admission.
Booking and payment
- Advance payment is required to confirm a booking, and rent is paid in advance at check-in.
- If a booking is cancelled, the first night is charged.
- Payment can be made by cash, bank transfer, JazzCash, Easypaisa or card.
- No baggage may be removed from the room until all bills are completely settled.
Visitors
- Female visitors are not allowed in a single person’s room, and the same applies the other way round.
- Meetings are allowed in the lobby area only.
Conduct and safety
- Immoral or illegal activities are strictly prohibited on the premises.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Ironing is not allowed in the rooms.
- When leaving the premises, please switch off electrical and gas appliances and hand your room key to the reception counter.
Valuables, damage and liability
- Please do not leave valuables or cash in the room. Keep them with you or deposit them with the management. The management is not responsible for any loss.
- Any damage caused to the property by a guest will be charged separately.
- The management is not responsible for any accident or natural mishap.
